§ Sir K. WoodAccording to my information, about 60 local authorities have obtained powers in local Acts to set up general insurance funds. I have no precise information available as to the extent to which any of these local authorities are in fact operating such a fund. I am sending the hon. Member particulars of the 60 local authorities referred to.
