25. Mr. Keeling

asked the Minister of Health, what action, if any, he proposes to give effect to the recommendation of the League of Nations Mixed Committee on Nutrition that every government should conduct a vigorous policy of education on Nutrition for the instruction of the general public?

Sir K. Wood

My noble Friend the President of the Board of Education and I fully recognise the importance of education on this subject which will be dealt with in the course of the national health campaign now in progress.

Mr. T. Williams

Do the Government intend to supplement their educational propaganda by providing for those who have inadequate means the opportunity; to take advantage of their education?

Sir K. Wood

I must refer the hon. Member to the White Paper which was issued before the holidays.
