asked the Minister of Health when the rearrangement of local boundaries under the Local Government Act, 1929, will be completed?

All county councils have now completed their review of county districts and with the exception of the West Riding of Yorkshire the orders giving effect to the approved changes came into operation on 1st April, 1937. It is hoped that the changes to be made in the West Riding of Yorkshire will take effect on 1st April next.
