§ 57. Mr. Shortasked the Postmaster-General what complaints he has received of the poor texture of the paper used for Postal Orders; and what action he proposes to take in the matter?
§ Major TryonNearly 30,000,000 Postal Orders are issued each month, and only one complaint has been received recently. The paper used for Postal Orders has been found to be generally suitable for the purpose, and I do not propose to consider making any change until the relevant contract is up for review.
