§ Major TryonThe question whether arrangements should be made for broadcasts of instruction in physical exercises is a matter for the Governors of the Corporation. It is for the Corporation to allocate to the best advantage the income available for the broadcasting service; and it is for them to consider in the first instance whether that income is adequate.
