asked the Minister of Health the amount of the capitation fee per insured person paid to panel doctors under the national health insurance scheme from its inception up to date, giving the dates when changes were made in the fee, the total number of panel doctors and insured population at a given date in each year, the total annual sum paid for medical attention to insured persons, and the annual average sum received by panel doctors for such attention?
