asked the Minister of Health whether he is now able to make any announcement regarding legislation to implement the recommendations contained in the Report of the Departmental Committee an the composition and description of food?

I would refer the hon. Member to the answer given to my hon. Friend the Member for Enfield (Mr. Bull) on this subject on 9th February, of which I am sending him a copy.
