§ 4. Mr. THORNEasked the Home Secretary whether he can give the House any information in connection with the decision reached by the Hull chief constable and Hull watch committee to prevent Fascists from marching through the streets of that town in full military uniform on the ground that such parades are provocative and likely to cause a breach of the peace.
§ Sir J. SIMONI have made inquiries and understand that neither the watch committee nor the chief constable has reached any decision on this matter.
