I beg to move, in page 158, line 1, after "Act," to insert, "the India Military Funds Act, 1866."

When the Clause was drafted it was overlooked that there are certain military funds, the beneficiaries of which appear to have just as good a claim to this provision as the beneficiaries of the civil funds named. I therefore move that these military funds should be included in this pro vision.
