§ The ATTORNEY-GENERALI beg to move to leave out the Clause.
The provisions included by the Amendment dealt with a few minutes ago are to be substituted for the provisions of Clause173. We have already discussed the new provisions for the destination of property other than lands and buildings being decided according to whether it is used for Federal or Provincial purposes. This is only an Amendment to leave out the existing Clause.
