HC Deb 09 May 1935 vol 301 c1135
43. Mr. MANDER

asked the Prime Minister whether he is able to give particulars of the various experiments in collective security contemplated by the Government through the League of Nations' machinery?

The PRIME MINISTER (Mr. Ramsay MacDonald)

I would refer the hon. Member to what I said on this subject in opening the Debate on 2nd May, to which I have nothing to add.

Mr. MANDER

Will the right hon. Gentleman be good enough to say when he hopes to be able to give rather fuller information with regard to these experiments, to which he only briefly referred in his speech?

The PRIME MINISTER

I indicated what was being done, and I am not in a position to add anything.

Mr. MANDER

If I put down a question in a week's time, will the right hon. Gentleman be able to answer?

The PRIME MINISTER

I can make no promise.
