§ Sir G. COLLINSA Bill to authorise the building of a new Criminal Lunatic Asylum will be introduced in another place to-morrow and it is hoped that it will become law this Session. When the necessary powers are obtained the asylum will be built on land near Carstairs.
§ Miss HORSBRUGHWill the State institution for defectives also be replaced?
§ Sir G. COLLINSYes, the institution for the defectives will be erected on the same land.
