§ Dr. BURGINIt means that I have seen a number of documents by the courtesy of the Committee of the Stock Exchange. The subject matter of the hon. Member's question is within the purview of the Committee of the Stock Exchange, and I must have regard to their 716 wishes in the matter. They have told me that, owing to the necessity of consulting various interests, they are not yet in a position to issue a report. I must abide by that decision.
