Mr. ANSTRUTHER-GRAY(for Mr. HUTCHISON) asked the Minister of Health if he can state the normal regulations imposed by the local authorities in this country in respect of keeping pets in council houses; whether such regulations have been the subject of any protests to the Ministry; and, if so, of what nature?
