§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the BOARD of TRADE (Dr. Burgin)I have been asked to reply. My hon. Friend has called for, but has not yet received, a report from the British Commercial Agent in Palestine on the results of the Levant Fair at Tel-Aviv. The substance of the report, when received, will, in co-operation with the Federation of British Industries, be brought to the notice of British manufacturers likely to 539 be interested in openings for the sale of British goods in the territory in question. The Fair is organised in alternate years by local effort, and my hon. Friend does not doubt that the management will take the success of the recent Fair into consideration in making plans for the future.
