Separate information is not available as to the number or percentage of children entering public elementary schools at the age of five who were found to be in an unclean condition.
Viscountess ASTORWill the hon. Gentleman bear in mind the number of schools that are verminous; and does not he think that the establishment of open air nursery schools would do away with this state of things?
