Sir B. EYRES MONSELLDuring the last three years, seven cadets have been required to withdraw from the Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, on account of defects of vision. Of these, one had been offered a transfer to the Engineering Branch and five to the Accountant Branch, but these transfers had been declined. The seventh was unfit for service in any branch.
