The FIRST LORD of the ADMIRALTY (Sir Bolton Eyres Monsell)The new regulations recently issued by the Italian Government differ only in minor points of detail from those previously in force, 1676 and will not involve any change in the normal programme of the Mediterranean Fleet. The last part of the question does not therefore arise.
