Captain CROOKSHANKThe death of the convict in question was the subject of an inquest on the 29th November, which resulted in a verdict of suicide while of unsound mind. My right hon. Friend has received full reports and sees no occasion for any further inquiry.

§ Allotments Acts at the present time. The Department issues certain explanatory leaflets for the guidance of allotment authorities, and my right hon. Friend will be glad to consider whether anything further is called for in that direction.
