§ The SOLICITOR-GENERAL (Sir Boyd Merriman)As the hon. Member is aware, an undertaking has been given in Committee on the Bill that the draft rules will be published before they are passed. I am not aware whether draft rules have actually been prepared, but I will communicate the hon. Member's suggestion to the Law Society for their consideration.
