§ The LORD PRESIDENT of the COUNCIL (Mr. Baldwin)I have asked my Advisory Council for a recommendation concerning the provision to be included in the Estimate of the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research for 1933 for expenditure on research developments or unforeseen or uncertain requirements such as the committee contemplated.
