§ Sir A. SINCLAIRIt is assumed that the hon. Member refers to Land Court Orders dealing with certain holdings on the Department's estates, to which are appended in a few cases notes or caveats indicating the desirability of attention to drainage. Responsibility for maintaining the drainage of hill pasture rests with the holders whose rents have been fixed on that basis.
