asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he has received any recommendation from the Import Duties Advisory Committee with reference to the application made by the Wholesale Textile Association on 7th March for the granting of a drawback on re-exported goods on which duty has already been paid; and, if so, what steps he proposes to take to remove the existing detriment to the entrepot trade?
