Lords Amendment: In page 28, leave out lines 12 to 15, and insert: Notice of any appeal under this Subsection shall be given to the other local authority concerned, if any, and to the clerk of the court, and the clerk of the court shall give to the parties to the appeal fourteen days' notice of the date fixed by the court for the hearing thereof.

I beg to move, "That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said Amendment."

This is only an Amendment of procedure, which will lead to simplification. It will give the clerk of the court power to notify the parties concerned, and may in certain circumstances save time and expense.
