§ The SECRETARY for MINES (Mr. Isaac Foot)The fatal accident inquiry ended on 25th January, and I have asked for a copy of the verbatim report of the evidence, on which to consider the question of further action. In the meantime, work has not been resumed in the section of the pit in which the explosion occurred.
