§ Sir K. WOODThe present Paddington Telephone Exchange has a considerable unexpired effective life, and has ample capacity for additional subscribers. In these circumstances, it is not due to be converted to the automatic system for some time yet.
§ Mrs. TATEUnless in the short time since I gave notice of the question, an extraordinary improvement has taken place in the Paddington Exchange, may I ask if the Minister can see his way to do something in the matter?
