§ Mr. BUTLERThree European executive engineers of the Irrigation Branch of the Public Works Department in the Central Provinces have been compulsorily retired as a measure of retrenchment. The terms granted to them were those admissible under the Superior Civil Services (Compulsory Retirement) Rules, a copy of which has been placed in the Library of the House.
