HC Deb 01 December 1932 vol 272 c963
17. Captain WATT

asked the Minister of Labour if he is aware that unemployed persons in the village of Morton, near Keighley, have to walk nearly three miles to Bingley in order to sign on at the Bingley Employment Exchange; and if he is prepared to open a small Exchange in Morton for the convenience of the village?

Sir H. BETTERTON

I am making inquiries and will communicate with my hon. and gallant Friend in due course.
