§ The LORD PRESIDENT of the COUNCIL (Mr. Baldwin)The salaries of the Law Officers of England have already been substantially reduced and now amount in the aggregate to £4,000 as compared with £13,000 prior to October last. I cannot accept my hon. Friend's view that further consideration of this matter is called for.
