§ Mr. BALDWINThe proposal of the Committee to which my hon. Friend refers was not that stated in the question but was a proposal for the creation of a 16 Ministry of Justice. I am not satisfied that this would lead to any economy and I am not prepared to take any action in the present circumstances.
