Mr. VYVYAN ADAMSasked the Minister of Transport the estimated total cost of the proposed trunk road from Hull to Liverpool, on which work has been suspended, in view of the reduction in expenditure on roads; and whether, in deciding on future policy to be followed in connection with this road, he will take into consideration the railway facilities which already exist between these two towns?
