HC Deb 04 May 1931 vol 252 c11
20. Mr. GODFREY LOCKER-LAMPSON

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether a sufficient number of copies of Mr. Justice Feetham's report on Shanghai, when it is issued, will be made available for Members of the House?

Mr. A. HENDERSON

As the right hon. Gentleman is no doubt aware, this report is not made to His Majesty's Government but to the Municipal Council of the Shanghai International Settlement. It is being published in Shanghai, and I understand that the first volume will be available in London in about a month's time, and the second volume a few weeks later. The report will not be an official publication, but I will arrange for a copy to be placed in the Library of the House, and will consider the possibility of taking other steps to make the report available to Members.
