asked the Prime Minister if he is now able to make any statement as to the composition of the Royal Commission on Malta, and as to the date when the commissioners will commence their inquiries?

Some delay has been caused as certain of the gentlemen who have been approached with invitations to serve have been unable to relinquish their engagements in this country. An announcement will, however, be made in due course.
