§ The FIRST COMMISSIONER of WORKS (Mr. Lansbury)I have accepted an offer to provide free instruction in swimming and a portion of the bathing enclosure at the Serpentine has been set apart for the purpose. The only conditions laid down are that the incidental expenditure shall he borne by the promoters and that any directions given by the police or park officials shall be observed.
