asked the President of the Board of Trade if he is aware that Italian cloth, manufactured under subsidies from the Italian Government, is being sold in the home market at prices below those at which such cloth can be produced in this country; and, seeing that this is proving harmful to the woollen trade of the West Riding of Yorkshire, will he take steps to prohibit or curtail the entry into this country of such cloth?
