§ 85. Colonel HOWARD-BURY
asked the Minister of Health whether his attention has been called to the case of Mrs. E. F. Bailes, 10, Cromwell Road, Shenfield, Essex, who served as a nurse in asylums for over 11 years, and on retirement, applied under the Asylums' Officers' 587 Superannuation Act, 1909, for a refund of her contributions; and, seeing that a refund has been refused by the Ministry, will he look into the matter?
§ Mr. GREENWOOD
Yes, Sir. This officer has been repaid the whole of the contributions to the repayment of which she is, as I am advised, entitled under the Statute to which the hon. and gallant Member refers. I am sending him a copy of a letter explaining the situation.
