Mr. ALEXANDERHis Majesty's Ship "Forres" is tender to the Royal Naval College at Dartmouth, and His Majesty's Ship "Carstairs" is tender to His Majesty's Ship "Erebus" at Devonport. Both vessels are attached for the training of cadets. The information regarding the two vessels is as follows:
