§ Mr. BENNThis is primarily a matter for the Indians in Kenya themselves. I have no official information, but have seen in the Press that they have decided to send a deputation to London. It will, of course, be appreciated that it is for the Joint Committee itself to determine its procedure and to decide what evidence it will take and in what form.
