asked the Secretary of State for India what provision has been made for the representation of the point of view of the Indian community in Kenya before the Joint Committee of Parliament to consider British policy in East Africa?

This is primarily a matter for the Indians in Kenya themselves. I have no official information, but have seen in the Press that they have decided to send a deputation to London. It will, of course, be appreciated that it is for the Joint Committee itself to determine its procedure and to decide what evidence it will take and in what form. I am in communication with the Government of India regarding the presentation of the views of the Government of India before the Committee. for the months of March to September, 1930 and 1929:
