TREVELYANThe trustees of Ozler's Charity from the time of its establishment in the Seventeenth Century decided that Church teaching should be given in the school, and their action was confirmed by the Court of Chancery. It would not be proper for me to disregard the claims of the religious side of the trust as thus established.
§ Mr. SORENSENIf that is so, will the right hon. Gentleman explain why part of this money is not being used for this charity at the present time?
