HC Deb 02 June 1930 vol 239 c1771
75. Sir K. WOOD

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has now come to any decision in relation to various subversive and seditious publications by the Communist party of Great Britain recently published and circulated in this country?

The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for the HOME DEPARTMENT (Mr. Short)

I would refer the right hon. Gentleman to the replies which my right hon. Friend gave on the 29th ultimo to questions by the hon. and gallant Member for Epsom (Commander Southby) and the hon. Member for Kidderminster (Mr. Wardlaw-Milne).

Sir K. WOOD

Having regard to the fact that these seditious publications are still being continued every day, can the Under-Secretary state when a decision is going to be reached?

Mr. SHORT

I can add nothing to the answer to which I have referred.
