I beg to move, in page 75, line 38, after the word "period," to insert the words: after consultation with the county and county borough councils concerned or with the associations representing those councils. This Amendment is moved in order to give effect to undertakings which have been given by the Minister of Health in answer to requests from all parts of the House.
