Mr. FENBYasked the Minister of Health whether he will state for the latest available date for each of the unions in England and Wales which have authority to borrow in respect of current expenditure, the amount of the authorised borrowing powers, the amount of loans advanced on the recommendation of the Goschen Committee, the amount of loans and other drafts raised otherwise, and the loan indebtedness outstanding?
