§ Mr. MACPHERSONIn view of the fact that this question has aroused a great deal of interest in Scotland generally, will the right hon. Gentleman arrange that the discussion of the Resolution shall be taken early in the day, and not after eleven o'clock?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI quite realise that this is a matter which it is very desirable should be taken before eleven o'clock. I will do my best to arrange that. I regret that I cannot say more than that.
