§ Mr. HACKINGA Report has now been received through my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Colonies, from the Governor of Kenya, and His Majesty's Ambassador at Rome has been instructed to bring the facts reported to me to the notice of the Italian Government with a view to their inquiring into the matter as soon as possible.
