HC Deb 26 May 1927 vol 206 cc2171-2
47. Lieut.-Commander KENWORTHY

asked the Prime Minister if he has information as to the different trading organisations and companies in this country representing the Russian Government or Russian State Departments; if so, whether he can give the list to the House; and which of these are to be allowed to remain in the event of the Trade Agreement with Russia being abrogated?

The PRIME MINISTER

Yes, Sir; His Majesty's Government are in possession of a list of Soviet trading organisations in the United Kingdom, but I do not think that any useful purpose would be served by communicating this list, which is rather a long one, to the House. The point raised in the last part of the question is under discussion with the Secretary of State for Home Affairs.
