asked the President of the Board of Trade what was the value of the dyes imported into Great Britain and Northern Ireland during 1926, and the value during the first three months of this year?


The value of finished dyestuffs obtained from coal tar, imported into the United Kingdom in the year 1926, was £876,529, and in the first three months of 1927, £290,308.
