§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERThe proposed new tariff has been under examination by the Customs Commission of the Chamber of Deputies, who are, I understand, about to report on the Measure. It is expected that the Chamber will deal with the Bill in the Session which begins to-day.
