Dr. DRUMMOND SHIELSasked the Home Secretary if the proposed departmental committee on the solicitation laws will include Scotland in its sphere of inquiry; will Scotland be given representation on the committee; and, if that is not considered practicable, will a separate Scottish committee be appointed?
§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKSIt is intended that the proposed inquiry should extend to Scotland and that a person residing in Scotland should be appointed to the committee.
