HC Deb 14 March 1927 vol 203 cc1627-8
51. Mr. CADOGAN

asked the Under-Secretary of State for the Home Department, as representing the First Commissioner of Works, whether the huts in the circular courtyard of the offices of the Board of Trade are derelict; and, if so, why they have not been removed?

Captain HACKING

(for The FIRST COMMISSIONER of WORKS): The answer to the first part of the question is in the negative; the second part does not, therefore, arise.

Mr. CADOGAN

Why does the Board of Trade require extra accommodation in huts?

Captain HACKING

The Board of Trade does not use this accommodation. It is used by the Board of Education.
