asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he has now received the Report from the Governor of the Straits Settlements giving particulars of the number of Indian coolies recruited for work under Government Departments and private employers respectively; and, if so, whether he will circulate the information in the OFFICIAL REPORT?
